First hernia repair cost
How much does an inguinal hernia (size of 2 golf balls) repair cost? Any ballpark figure? I’m here in San Diego and i don’t know if there are any surgeons or hospitals here that do nonmesh inguinal hernia repair. Thank you.

Without insurance? Call Dr. Petersen’s practice in Las Vegas and they can give you a baseline number to work from. The insurance companies have distorted the cost of many common procedures. It’s all funny money when you’re in the system.
