Hot Tub and hernia mesh ?
I was told that being in a hottub and having hernia mesh inside you isnt a good combination cause it increases your body heat and that can effect the mesh in a negative way..is this true….
I’m 7 months post op from mesh removal with triple neurectomy and laproscoptic tep repair with progrip mesh
Still going through horrible complications
But will a hottub make the mesh worse ? I just wanna have some relaxation

A hot tub will not hurt the mesh.

That sounds like nonsense. The mesh materials would have to be much hotter than is possible in the body before they would be affected.
