I still don’t know what I have in terms of injury… but my right inguinal ligament (think that’s what it is) is harder / stiffer / tighter than my left .. and the right side is where I injured myself and it’s been bothering me for 3 months now… could I have maybe strained my inguinal ligament? has anyone experienced this before? if so, how do you fix this?

Sometimes these are undiagnosed hip injuries. Other orthopedic injuries may also be true.

    Inguinal ligament doesn’t typically strain.

inguinalpete just posted something similar and I replied with my own similar symptoms. I wonder if something like tendinosis could happen, as the mesh rubs on the tendon. Does your problem reduce with rest, then come back with activity?
