kang repair vs a shouldice repair? Kang fans
Curious about which repair is best overall. Kang can do his repair in 20 minutes, Small scar. Alleged low recurrance rate but short track record. Doesnt cut cremaster only uses 7 cm of suture. Shouldice at clinic 1 hour repair or longer. Large scar. Documented track record of low recurrance. Cuts cremaster and ileoinguinal nerve? 30 cms of suture stainless steel. Stainless may be less inflammatory. But more likely to break. Chronic pain risk of each surgery unknown . What is the best repair ? Any thoughts. Seems like if you want to play it safe its shouldice. Then gotta find the best shouldice surgeon.

This horse has been beaten to its death. Go back to prior posts with the same exact discussion at least 20 times over. The purpose of this forum is not to keep repeating the same question hoping for a different answer.
