    Hi,
    I have inguinal hernia mesh (laparoscopic) and developed pain in the area, I have two doctors that want to help me, they have different approaches.
    1) Neuroctomy first if it does not work mesh removal after 6month
    2) Mesh removal first, then if it still pain neuroctomy.

    Not sure which one to choose. Both Drs did large number of removals.
    could you advice?
