Pain after inguinal hernia repair using PHS.
I’m not a doctor so obviously cannot give you medical advice. But I had a similar pain up towards the top of my hip bone as well as the bottom of my groin on the outside of the vaginal area. The pain increased after I had an Extertal neurectomy.

Thank you for your response, i also have some pulling like feeling in my lateral side of abdomen far from where incision is. Will it get better by its own or i need treatment and what treatment is there for it other than surgery.

Sounds like nerve involvement.
