    Hi, I had an inguinal hernia surgery about 6 years ago with mesh via laparoscopy and things seem really good.
    I exercise frequently which makes me often worry about recurrence rates as well as having another hernia on the opposite side of my first hernia.
    Does anyone know of any statistics for the frequency of these things to occur?
