    Has anyone had a recurrent hernia?

    I had laparoscopic surgery done years ago with mesh. I did have a bulge before that surgery.. I don’t have a bulge now but I do have achy pain in the same area.. again, after doing an exercise. I have since then stopped working out and just walking. But I feel the pain just walking.. even sitting and standing and laying..

    If anyone has had a recurrent hernia, how did you know? How did you fix it?
