    Can anyone comment on whether the use of self-adhesive mesh is effective in preventing mesh migration or foldingt when using a total extra peritoneal repair (TEP )and decreases incidence of chronic post operative inguinal pain ( CPIP) by avoiding necessity of surgical tacs
