Success stories as a pinned topic

Was thinking that might be useful. Either mesh removal or pain management or revisions or just first time hernia surgeries. Would be useful to see success stories in one place. Especially hard to find success stories for mesh removal. I’ve spent countless hours trying to find success stories for removal and have found a number of people, though not as many as I’d like. Just like first time hernia surgery, when you push and pry for more detail you often find that there are lingering issues even if they’re happy they had it done (though there is tremendous value in knowing that as well). Maybe even surgeons could mention success stories, without personal details obviously.
