I have a right side inguinal hernia. I’ve had it for a number of years. My symptoms are a burning aching at site, hip pain, some abdominal discomfort. I’ve also developed thigh atrophy from favoring the hernia, and limping. Thoughts? Tia.

Limping and atrophy are uncommon with a hernia.
Be sure that you have your hips evaluated.

If you do get hernia surgery….get no mesh…trust me stay away from it….stay away from neurectomies of any kind …and you should be fine
