    UPDATE (my personal situation and experience):
    My burning pain (like a stab in the nutts) during orgasm disappeared completely after 4 weeks (Thank God!). Testicles were swollen and sore for about 6 weeks. I did an ultrasound (6th week) and there’s still a little “liquid” in the testicles.
    7th week: Sometimes, I feel a little bit disconfort in the inguinal area, but the testicular sore and swelling are much better, and the ejaculatory pain disappeared.

    I thought the pos-op was going to be much easier, it requires time and patience…

    I am having the same issue. I am having pain during orgasm (inguinal hernia laparoscopic repair was 3 weeks ago). It lasts some seconds, but burns as hell in the inguinal area. It’s horrible!
    Did other people get the same issue? For how long?
