You can imagine the degree of throttling and necrosis of the muscle or ligament of 1-2 mm width when they are stitched again and again in 4 layers with synthetic threads or fine stainless steel wire. (See through following sketches)

Good intentions I totally agree …also sometimes doctor assistant pulling cord too much out of that position so doctor could make a better fix .but i believe that would happens with open surgery only .

Very interesting ! One more time ..Hernia surgery isn’t rocket science ..but require meticulous accuracy…see how elegantly he is working with tissues and cutting laser..less pulling…no use bloody cloth to stop bleeding…can be source of infection ..i see high class of performer
Look he had to remove mesh first…but think how easy for him would be just do fresh no mesh hernia repair from the start…probably with close eyes…

We do not use “absorbable” stitches as they have proven to be a very poor method of hernia repair. The majority to which resulting in recurrence of the hernia in the near future post-repair.

Our method does require the severing of the genitofemoral nerve but this does not prevent any muscular actions.

Please let me know if you require further assistance.

Well…every foreign material in the human body is source of inflammation

Did you do any test before and after for C reactive protein or others to see if stitches can be source of inflammation ?

On other note you divide/Cut the cremaster muscle that can impair work of testicles ..correct ?
