I just came across this advertisement from BD about a new material that fits between Bard 3D Max and Bard 3D Max Light. The ad shows properties that really barely matter to the surgeon or the patient.
Just an example of how the great marketing machine just keeps churning behind the scenes. Nobody has asked for a material that is intermediate in strength between original and lightweight. Just one more new product to keep people confused.
Called 3D Max MID. A play on words even, for humor. Minimally Invasive Design. Midway between heavy and light. Ha ha.
