    I came across this video which covers some topics that have come up recently in various posts. Robotic surgery, and using laparoscopy for internal suture repairs. A direct hernia is closed via suturing then followed up with mesh placement. The mesh is not tacked, it is sutured along its perimeter. Plus there is a clear view of what a large direct hernia looks like. Overall, it seems educational.
