    Hello ,
    I am bit nervous since I realized that I have bilateral inguinal hernia. My age is 38.
    currently I am in singapore and cannot travel back. consulted with 2 surgeons here , everyone suggests to have get it repaired with laparoscopic mesh repair to have faster recovery.

    I read lot of negatives about mesh. Does that true ? Need your help to know that should I go with surgeon’s advise ?
    What is the way to know how many surgeries they have performed so far for hernia ?
    Anyone in singapore who do non-mesh ?

    Please recommend .
