      Good intentions

“Support industry partners by attending one of their classes on how to use their products.” (Irony added by me, not part of SAGES message. Actually, not ironic, because the surgeons really will be supporting the industry by using their products. Support the industry. The classes are free.)

      Industry Sponsored Educational Activities
      Free for Registered Attendees

In addition to the many sessions at the SAGES 2021, the meeting will also feature several industry sponsored educational activities covering a wide variety of topics, including:

      Hands-on Workshop, 7:00 am – 5:30 pm
Techniques in Hiatal and Ventral Hernia Repair – a full day hands-on workshop, sponsored by Cook Biotech Academy

Refine your techniques in hiaital and ventral hernia repair in a hands-on, interactive atmosphere of discussion and debate. Course faculty include: James Bittner, MD, FACS; Caitlin Houghton, MD and Raymond Sheppard, MD. This course is being held at an off-site lab (transportation will be provided), so space is limited, and pre-registration is required. These events are non-CME activities, presented and supported by the companies. These events are being held at the MGM Grand, specific room locations TBD, and are free to all registered meeting attendees.
