    Curious as well. I work out quite a bit and decided Lichtenstein would be the best solution for me. I had a positive repair on the opposite side using mesh decade+ prior. Was looking to Dr. Chen in LA. However, transecting nerves gave me pause. I have yet to reach out to his clinic to get additional info on his technique.

    Since tissue repair seems to be the more complicated repair and requires more movement of the anatomy is it more likely to require dissection of nerves/cremaster vs. mesh?
